2-9-2010 —A tad bit more information… Buckrush was the poster who originally posted this. It was taken down after a few hours. I contacted him and he sent me a new link to the video, which I then immediately downloaded and re-posted in order to help keep it up on the web.
Anyone who has been paying any sort of attention at all knows that a large number of things have been removed and “scrubbed ” from the internet. So if you can. when you find something good like this video Buckrush posted, download it and save it.
This congress is covering up a huge issue, there is a reason they are acting with no regard to the constitution. It’s because they are no longer bound by it. Start asking why the founders would want to make certain, that no one who had held a citizenship other than 100% American from birth, could be POTUS. To know as well as they could the loyalty of the person who would lead the Armies of the Nation. Only a person who had singularly and solely held citizenship of the United States….
Congress and the White House are ignoring the constitution, because they aren’t bound by it. The “president” was born British and American, and from the instant of his birth could never have been a Natural Born Citizen.
Don’t wonder for an instant why they are doing this to us… Nothing is stopping them, because they got away with breaking the constitution… Forget the birth certificate, its irrelevant. It just keeps people distracted from THIS issue, and gives liberals the ability to mock “birthers” I am no birther, I am a constitutionalist, and the founders wanted to prevent any sort of dual citizen from running this Nation.

This is an incredible insult to every American. This would be a funny skit on Saturday Night Live, but this actually took place in our Congress yesterday. The proposed 964 page green energy bill will cost Americans trillions of dollars and forever increase the cost of energy in America. How can our elected representatives be so cavalier with something as serious as this? Notice the subtle snidely smile on Waxman’s face as he calls the speedreader to read the bill. Notice the laughter on the faces of those in the background. Notice that even the speedreader thinks this is a joke! Congress won’t even read the bill but instead have a speedreader make a mockery of it and our government. And this is how they are going to understand the contents of the bill? You have to be kidding! After two minutes of hearing this guy anyone will tune him out! What are those guys thinking? Are they thinking at all? It looks like they don’t even care! How many earmarks are in this bill, just like they were buried in the stimulus and omnibus bills?
The world must be laughing at us as our country is destroyed by the audacity of the Democrats and the Obama administration. As Americans are losing jobs, their life long savings, and their homes, Congress shows they don’t even care and will blindly heap more and more financial burdens on the American people. This arrogance of the Obama Administration needs to be exposed for what it is far and wide. We need to get everyone in Congress that is up for vote next year out of there. This is getting serious. The Democrats are after total control.
They are in the process of passing this buy Democrat votes Bill (stimulus). After that they will pass the Amnesty for Democrat voting Illegal Aliens Bill. Then they will pass legislation that equates Washington DC with the States, therefore granting it one voting member of the House and two voting members of the Senate. And then finally to top it off, the White House is going to for the first time in history be in charge of the census. They will use the estimation system of counting the inner city (Democrat voting) population thereby giving them an even greater edge than they already have in the up coming Presidential election.
We are in serious trouble; our country is in peril, we need to wake up.

White House control over census worries Utah GOP
Washington ยป Utah’s Republican members of Congress are none too happy about a plan that would have the Census Bureau report to White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel, the former head of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
Utah lost out on a fourth House seat after the 2000 Census by a few hundred people and argued unsuccessfully all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court that the bureau should have counted Mormon missionaries from Utah serving abroad.
That legal fight has made Utah officials wary of the 2010 Census, and news out of the White House that the director of the Census Bureau will work under Emanuel has deepened that concern.
“The political land grab is stunning,” said freshman Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah. The census “is not intended to be political in any way shape or form. We’re not even 15 days into this administration and they’re already working on the next campaign.”
Rep. Rob Bishop, R-Utah, echoed those concerns, saying neither the Constitution nor Congress has delegated census power to the White House chief of staff.
“It would politicize the process much more than it needs to be, and it shouldn’t happen,” Bishop said. “It takes something that is supposedly apolitical like the census, and gives it to a guy who is infamously political.”
The White House move to place the census under more direct control comes after black and Latino advocacy groups argued
that President Barack Obama’s nominee for Commerce secretary, Sen. Judd Gregg, R-N.H., has opposed increased funding for the census and is against sampling.
Sampling uses mathematical formulas to gauge population estimates instead of house-to-house counts. The method, typically opposed by conservatives and supported by liberals, is regarded by some mathematicians as a more accurate method to ensure some populations, such as immigrants, are counted.
Detractors of sampling say the Constitution is clear that every person must be counted, which rules out such a method.
The National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials also argued that Gregg’s record of fighting budget boosts for the 2000 Census is of concern.
“With Census 2010 less than a year and a half away, it is critical that the Census Bureau move forward effectively with its planning, enumeration and outreach activities,” NALEO said. “This cannot happen unless the secretary of commerce demonstrates strong leadership and full support for the bureau’s important work.”
The White House denies any intention to politicize the census, saying that Obama has wanted to re-evaluate the program since his election.
“There is historic precedent for the director of the census, who works for the commerce secretary and the president, to work closely with White House senior management, given the number of decisions that will have to be put before the president,” spokesman Ben LaBolt said. “We plan to return to that model in this administration.”
