Fox News Helps Bush Hide Scope of His New Power to Spy on US

Posted by admin on March 11th, 2010 and filed under democratic congress | 25 Comments »

Both before and after the Democratic Congress handed the Bush Administration sweeping new spying powers on August 4, Fox News ran stories that misleadingly minimized the scope of those new powers as well as misrepresented the protections lost from the old law. To prove my point, I use Fox News “Special Report with Brit Hume” clips from August 3, 6, and 20, 2007.

I also used a short clip from an August 7 segment of “The Colbert Report” that is available in full on the Comedy Central website at: http://www.comedycentral.com/motherload/index.jhtml?ml_video=90951

The old version of the FISA law to which I refer in my video is available online at: http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/50/1801.html

And, the new version of the FISA law to which I refer in my video is available online at: http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=110_cong_bills&docid=f:s1927enr.txt.pdf

Also, you can see the ACLU ad campaign to which I refer that criticized the deal between the Democratic Congress and the Bush Administration at: http://action.aclu.org/site/DocServer/BAAAD_ad.pdf?docID=1541

And, finally, this video qualifies as one of DOZENS of examples on my FOX NEWS BIAS playlist at: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=A3BD2524FE99BD4D

Time Has Run Out on the Democrat-led Congress

Posted by admin on March 11th, 2010 and filed under democrat congress | 22 Comments »

The NRCC release a video on Tax Freedom Day to send the message that time has run out for the Democrat-led Congress. Americans can no longer afford the Democrats’ broken promises and failed policies. In a time of economic uncertainty, Democrats have “effectively raised taxes by hundreds of billions of dollars,” hurting middle-class families.

Karl Rove, Election 2004, Election 2008, Congress, Spoonamore

Posted by admin on March 11th, 2010 and filed under congress elections | 17 Comments »

Karl Rove was manipulating votes from a secret computer in the white house, says Congresswoman Candice Miller. In their own words, Republican Congressmen and women debate the validity of the Ohio 2004 Presidential election on January 6, 2005 in Congress and Republicans talk about Karl Roves role. Even though they are making fun of the situation. Is it conspiracy theory or fact? You decide. But first, look at the facts. See: http://www.freeforall.tv/

Ohio 2008 Opens With Subpoena, Election Protection
Thursday, 2 October 2008, 12:28 pm
Opinion: Bob Fitrakis

http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/HL0810/S00022.htm

Mike Connell of SMARTech & GovTech is subpoenaed for crucial documents regarding his work for Ohio Sec. of State Blackwell in 2004 that may shed light on tabulation changes that occurred after 1 am on Nov. 3, 2004. The same SMARTech servers in Chattanooga, TN that had Ohio elections results on them in the middle of the night also served as the server for the infamous GWB43.com where millions of Karl Rove’s emails seemed to disappear from the face of the earth. The same server that hosted many GOP websites. With all those co-mingling accounts who knows what could have happened to the Ohio votes.

Spoonamore talks about the “middlemen” theory of how intercepted electronic data can be changed on its way to its final destination through how it is routed. Mr. Connell must tell us more about what happened on his servers in the bank vault in Tenn.

On 1/6/2005 Senator Barbara Boxer courageously joined together with many other Democrats to protest the validity of the Ohio election due to numerous accounts of vote flipping on machines, suppression of the vote, lack of working machines, TRIAD GSI computer representatives switching out hard drives from electronic computer tabulation systems in Ohio counties, and uncounted or lost provisional ballots.

Republican Congressional Reps. belittled and attacked the Democrats for voicing their concerns about the possibility that the 2004 Ohio election was flawed. However, more evidence has surfaced that points to a concerted effort to steal the vote in Ohio and other states in 2004. It must be stopped now before 2008.

Stephen Spoonamore, life-long Republican and a top cyber security computer expert, states that it is possible to steal elections. See his interviews at:

http://www.velvetrevolution.us/

http://www.youtube.com/user/VRAdmin

Spoonamore outlines how it could have been done, not only in the 2004 election, but also in all elections since 2000.

Please call your Congressional representatives and demand that Mr. Spoonamore be allowed to testify before Congress before the November 2008 Presidential election.

The American people deserve a safe, secure and accurate election.

Presently, the same computer and website firms that worked for former Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell and the RNC in 2004 are now working for the McCain campaign.

Key companies to be questioned regarding their activities in the 2004 election:

Triad, GSI
GovTech Solutions
Smartech

In his Velvet Revolution interviews, Spoonamore reveals the weaknesses in the computer architecture for Diebold/Premier voting machines that would enable a savvy computer person to manipulate and flip votes as vote totals are being uploaded to central tabulation systems and more.
