Charles Manson Mentioned in USA CONGRESS Session-
WASHINGTON — Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress on Tuesday that Osama bin Laden will not live to face trial in the United States. In testy exchanges with House Republicans, Holder compared terrorists to mass murderer Charles Manson and predicted that events will ensure that “we will be reading Miranda rights to the corpse of Osama bin Laden.” Holder sternly rejected criticism from GOP members of a House Appropriations subcommittee who say it is too dangerous to try terrorism suspects in federal civilian courts, as Holder has proposed. The comparison to Manson angered Rep. John Culberson, R-Houston, who said it shows that the White House doesn’t understand the public’s desire to treat terrorists as wartime enemies. “My constituents and I just have a … profound philosophical difference with the Obama administration,” Culberson said. Holder said Culberson’s arguments ignored basic facts about the law and the fight against terrorists. “The possibility of catching [bin Laden] alive is infinitesimal,” Holder said.

    Fair enough, Bin Laden, he deserves to be straight up slayed.

    But when they start using, Charles Manson, Rights, and Bin Laden in the same sentences…

    So Justice for All in one, you want the man who has destroyed the twin towers and killed are soldiers who are dying overseas to be open to the possibility to walk and go balk to killing innocent people? No wonder Obama is losing his approval, he’s in the same party as Holder. Come on if Bin Laden stepped into any courtroom in Ameri he would shoot him on sight.

    @thedudeman69 …
    @thedudeman69 Terrorists are captured overseas and are war criminals to be dealt with in military tribunals. Just more proof that liberal progressivist Democrats love terrorists and terrorism. It makes sense since they hate freedom and want to reshape America in their progressivist imaginations.

    Cluberson speaks so …
    Cluberson speaks so honorably about the us constitution when every president in the United States for 100 years violated his oath of office by not enforcing the 14th and 15th amendments.

    That’s right, I’m talking about the Southern Black Movement. For a time, we didn’t even treat our own citizens with the rights of the consitution.

    Next time I see the constitution, I’m wiping my with it.

  13. DillonX Says:

    Congressman …
    Congressman Culberson is a man of conviction.

    He’ll vote against the Health Care Bill & that will cost him quite a few votes here in the 7th District & may cost him the election – but he remains firm.

  14. Tonylyn2531 Says:

    Yeah, but our guys …
    Yeah, but our guys in uniform who make a corpse out of Osama Bin Laden, will be tried and, under this administration, convicted for taking him out. Forget about their Miranda rights.This is one of the many beginnings of the end of our country folks, under this administration. Wake up, this is the same guy who wants to take guns away from law abiding Americans, but that’s ok he is black !
