How easy will it be for the new Democratic Congress to confirm Hillary for the Supreme Court?

After the elections, even Fox news says the Dems will control Congress with a 2/3rds majority. With Obama as president, will it be a cakewalk to get Hillary in the Supreme Court?

If Obama is elected, it will be a slam-dunk (and likely what Obama offered Hillary as a "bribe" to throw her support to him).

Note – You only need a simple majority of the Senate to confirm the Supreme Court appointment (and in case of a tie, the VP casts the deciding vote).

It is beyond me why anyone would think Hillary Clinton would even want to be a Supreme Court justice. Supreme Court justices retire from the world, and from the public eye. They deliberately try to avoid listening to public opinion, so their constitutional rulings aren’t influenced even subconsciously by majority public opinion. Can anyone really imagine Hillary Clinton wanting to retire from the public eye? She wants to be in the thick of all things Democratic, and she will be. If she chooses to remain a Senator, New York will make sure she’s a permanent Senator for them, much like Teddy and MA. Obama may tap her for Attorney General – which would be a perfect fit for her. In any case, the thought of Hillary being a SC justice is absolutely surreal. She’s qualified, but why would someone with her drive to be in the thick of things want it in the first place?
