May 12 (Bloomberg) — Elizabeth Nowicki, a visiting professor at Boston University and former lawyer at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, talks with Bloomberg’s Lori Rothman about the Senate’s approval of an amendment to the financial-overhaul bill to retain the Federal Reserve’s powers to supervise small banks.
