Should Congress start impeachment proceedings now or after the election?

Dems. should have complete majority by Nov. A senator from Florida is ready to start now.

Can we wait until Obama is sworn in first??

    It would make a lot of sense to waste millions in legal fees to attempt to impeach Bush at this stage in the game. Sheesh.

    I agree with Dawg54. First priority is to win the Presidency. Goerge W. Bush is such a loser that it is not really going to matter in history if he is impeached or not. The families of those who died in Iraq out to sue him though.

    Really? Impeach on what grounds? do you honestly believe that if the Dems had ANY grounds for impeachment, they wouldn’t have already done it? You Dems have so much hate for Bush and are just itching to get a Republican since your hero Clinton was legitimately impeached, that it clouds your understanding of the rule of law and the Constitution. You provide what laws Bush broke, and then let the Dems in Congress know, because they clearly aren’t as aware of the Constitution and the powers of the executive branch as you.
